JINSI YA KUPIKA CHAPATI ZA KUKANDA

Kuna njia tofauti za kukanda chapati zako zikawa laini, lakini siri kubwa ya kupata chapati nzuri ni kuukanda huo unga vizuri na ulainike.
Mahitaji basic:
1. Unga wa ngano
2. Chumvi
3. Sukari kidogo sana kwa ajili ya seasoning
4. Mafuta kidogo ya kukandia kulingana na unga wako, usijaze mafuta kibao
5. Maji - hapa inategemea na ukandanji wako mimi natumia maji ya baridi sana ikiwezekana nayaweka kwenye freeza kidogo yazidi kuwa baridii.
Mhitaji extraa:
Hapa ni kulingana na ufundi na uzoefu wako unaweza kuweka vitu vifuatavyo ukipenda lakini sio vyote waweza chagua kimoja
1. Tui la nazi (waweza kutumia kukandia unga badala ya maji
2. Maziwa - ukitaka kuongeza virutubisho kwenye mlo wako
3. Mayai - Na chapati inakuwa laini kama sufi, kwa sababu mayai hayafanyi chapati iwe ngumu kama ni hivyo basi hata keki zingekuwa ngumu kama jiwe.
4. Vitunguu maji - kwa ajili ya kuongeza ladha
5. Nyama ya kusaga au mboga mboga yoyote ile -kwa ajili ya kubadilisha aina za chapati sio kila siku ni chapati design ile ile tu.
Kwa basic Chapati -Stage 1:
1. Tia unga wako kwenye chombo au mashine yako ya kukandia.
2. Weka chumvi, na sukari kidogo kwa ajili ya seasoning
3. Tia mafuta kwenye unga (kwa mfano kwa unga kilo moja weka mafuta 1/4 kikombe)
4. Changanya vizuri mchanganyiko wako
5. Weka maji yako kwenye unga kidogo kidogo mpaka unga uchanganyike.
6. Unga ukishanyanganyika ukande mpaka ulainike.
7. Ukisha lainika weka kwenye friji kama nusu saa hivi, kama huna friji ufunike mahali pasipo na joto.
Stage 2:
1. Changanya unga wako vizuri kisha ukate madonge madogo madogo kiasi.
2. Chukua donge moja usukume kwenye kibao au juu ya meza iliyo safi.
3. Paka mafuta kidogo juu ya chapati yako uliyoisukuma, waweza kutumia samli au mafuta mazito kama samli.
4 Kunja chapati yako irudi katika umbo la donge tena. Hapa ndio key unaweza kufanya chapati yako ikawa ngumu au ikawa laini yenye layers.
5. Sukama tena donge lako ulilolikunja, anza na lile la kwanza.
6. Weka chapati yako kwenye chuma kikavu (frying pan) kilichopata moto, kisiwe cha baridi wala cha moto sana.
7. Ikiiva upande mmoja igeuze upande wa pili.
8. Ikishaiva pande zote weka mafuta kijiko kimoja tu kikubwa cha chakula kwenye chapati yako upande wa chini.
9. Ikunje hiyo chapati na uigeuze pande zote ipate mafuta, au waweza kuisuguasugua na kijiko chako kukahikisha upande zote zinapata mafuta na kuiva vizuri (inakuwa na rangi ya brownish)
10. Ondoa chapati yako kwenye chuma iko tayari kwa kuliwa.
Waweza kula peke yake, na chai, mchuzi wa aina yoyote ile au hata na maharagwe.
NB:
Waweza kukanda unga kwa kutumia mashine kama bread maker unachagua dough, kisha unaumonitor unga ukishakandika tu ndani ya 30 minutes unautoa ndani ya mashine na kuuweka kwenye friji kwa nusu saa. Au unaweza kukanda unga kwa kutumia mixer zile kubwa na unatoa dough maker.
Hii ni kwa wale wenye hizo mashine kama mimi. Kama huna mashine basi utaukanda unga wako kwa mikono hadi ulainike vizuri. Kulainika hapa sio kujaza maji, bali kutumia viganja vyako kuulainisha mpaka unga ukiupiga unavutika. Kisha unauacha uendelee kulainika kwa kuuweka kwenye friji.

Serves 10-12
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter, softened, plus more for the pan
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for the pan
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla extract or paste
  • 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1 tablespoon clementine zest, from about 2 clementines
  • 4 tablespoons clementine juice, from about 2 clementines
  • 1/4 cup milk
  1. Heat the oven to 350F. Butter and flour a 9x5x3? loaf pan.
  2. Cream the butter, olive oil and sugars together until smooth.
  3. Mix in the eggs, one at a time, until completely blended.
  4. Stir in 1 cup of the flour, followed by the salt, vanilla, cardamom, clementine zest and juice.
  5. Add the milk and the rest of the flour. Beat until the batter is smooth and consistent, but do not over-beat!
  6. Scrape the cake batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for about 1 hour and 15 minutes, until the edges are browned and just pulling away from the sides of the pan, and a cake tester inserted in the middle of the cake comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool for 10 minutes in the pan. Run a knife or spatula around the edges of the cake to release it from the pan, and flip onto a wire rack to cool completely before slicing and serving.

Baked Sugar Doughnuts

Prep: 15 minutes | Total: 30 minutes | Ingredients: 3 | Serves: 10
You’re three ingredients and 30 minutes away from fresh, warm, doable doughnuts. The secret ingredient? That would be Pillsbury biscuits. Coat in sugar for a simple sweet, or add frosting and sprinkles for an extra decadent dessert.

Ingredients

    • 1 can (7.5 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
    • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
    • 1/3 cup sugar

Steps

  • 1 Heat oven to 375°F.
  • 2 Separate dough into 10 biscuits; flatten each to a 2 1/2-inch round. With 1-inch round biscuit cutter, cut hole in center of each round. Dip all sides of biscuits and centers into butter, then into sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
  • 3 Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown.

Nikaweka firigisi zangu,unaweza kuzikata vipabde vidogo vidogo ila mie nilipendelea kuweka kama vilivyo.Nikaziacha zichemke kidogo kama dk 5 hivi…
Kisha nikatia limao,sikuongeza maji hata kidogo maana sikuwa nahitaji mchuzi.
Baada ya hapo nikaweka chicken masala ya aina hii naipenda sana maana ina harufu na ladha tamu sana.Huu ni mchanganyiko wa karafuu,tangawizi,kitunguu saumu,pilipili,chumvi,mdalasini,binzari,pilipili manga n.k
Nikaweka kijiko kimoja
Nikakoroga na kuongeza maji kidogo,chumvi kisha nikafunikia ziweze kuchemka na kuiva vizuri.
Baada ya dk 10 hivi nikaweka karoti na kukoroga kwa dk 1 kisha nikaipua zikiwa tayari zimeiva.
Pia nikakaanga ndizi kwa kuanza kuweka frying pan jikoni na mafuta ya kupikia.
 Ndizi niliziweka chumvi kabisa.
Mafuta yalipopata moto nikaweka ndizi na kuzikaanga.Zilipokuwa tayari nikaipua tayari kumuandalia mgeni chakula.
Ni chakula kitamu,haraka na rahisi kuandaaa…tayari kwa kuliwa.

HOW TO STEAM SPRING VEGETABLES

 

Steaming veggies is easy, and especially good with fresh springtime vegetables!

Steam your vegetables for a colorful and yummy side to any meal.

I like grilled meat and melted cheese as much as the next guy, but as spring gets into full swing, you’ll be able to find some great vegetables at markets and stores. These veggies are at their absolute prime this time of year, so it’s important to treat them right!
My preferred method to prepare almost any spring vegetable is to steam it. Doing it right takes just a few minutes and doesn’t require much equipment. Here are a few tips to make sure you end up with delicious steamed vegetables (and not mush).
Feel free to use a variety of veggies—you can literally steam any vegetable. When you’re chopping your vegetables, keep them in big chunks (1-2 inches). This will ensure they don’t overcook as they steam.

How to Steam Spring Vegetables
Before you toss everything in your steamer basket, make sure your water is hot and doesn’t actually come in contact with your steamer. If the water touches the vegetables, they will boil instead of steam—which means mushy vegetables!
Spend some time thinking about how sturdy your vegetables are. Sturdy vegetables like carrots, beets or potatoes will need longer to cook through. They should go at the bottom of your steamer.

Also, you might notice that I don’t have a fancy steamer. I just use a wire mesh strainer that fits in my pot!

Namna ya kutayarisha

1.Changanya nyama na vitu vyake kisha gawanya madonge 6 yaliyosawa.
2.Chukuwa donge moja tia ndani yake yai uliochemsha na lifunike vizuri .
3.Ukisha maliza yote panga kwenye treya la kupikia katika jiko la oveni nyunyizia mafuta kidogo na choma moto wa 375F kwa muda wa dakika 25.
4.Yakishaiva epua na kisha ukate kama ilivyo kwenye picha .Tayari kuliwa .
